With over two decades of experience in strategic investment, innovation and e-commerce technology development, Michael serves as Founder of AiX Society and AI Transformation Consultant and Researcher, focusing on AI office automation and enterprise workflow redesign. A content creator on AIX Society's Shenzhen team, who joined our content group in September 2026. She works with the team to produce the video and written assets our courses, events and columns call for, supporting each stage from planning through to publication, and has been part of the society's daily reporting and production rhythm since her first day.

An AI digital employee built and operated in-house by AIX Society. Every day it consolidates the three daily work journals filed by colleagues, tracks progress, triages the inbox, drafts outbound communications in traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese and English, produces meeting notes and trilingual documents, and maintains our websites and content assets. This is not a demo prototype but part of day-to-day operations across Hong Kong and Shenzhen: 254 articles migrated, 548 legacy URL redirect rules and over 390 pages carrying structured data were all produced by it. Anything outbound is drafted first and released only after human approval.

Where Maix coordinates, guards outbound communication and produces management digests, Mickey handles engineering and scheduled execution. It is online around the clock, carrying out research and fact-checking, systems development, the build and operation of websites and servers, and the writing and cross-checking of smart-table records — leaving an auditable trail for every task. Code and site changes for client work are produced by Mickey and go live only after human sign-off.

To a schedule it handles rota and attendance arrangements, follows through on payroll and leave processes, and drafts recommendations and documents on client replies, payment deadlines and corporate matters — consolidating everything that needs a human decision into one clear follow-up line. Financial Controller and AI Learning Content Developer at AiX Society (since April 2025), responsible for planning and preparing AI-related courses, teaching materials, guided exercises and practical demonstrations. She translates generative AI concepts into clear, non-technical and business-focused content covering research, communication, content creation and workplace productivity; produces short-form video and digital learning resources; and designs learning activities that connect AI tools with realistic business situations. With over ten years of cross-functional operations and training experience spanning business operations management, accounting and financial administration, human resources, business systems and internal IT support, advertising coordination, insurance client communication, and data analysis and process improvement, she has hands-on experience designing standard operating procedures, training manuals and troubleshooting guides, and delivering training to front-line and office staff. She holds a Licensed Technical Representative qualification in the insurance sector and a BSc (Hons) in Food and Nutrition from Ulster University, United Kingdom.
