Uniock AI to Empowerment
About AiX Society
AiX Society is a leading organization dedicated to the research and practical application of artificial intelligence in business and society. We are passionate about bringing the benefits of AI to a broader audience through education, consultation, and hands-on demonstrations. Our team works with associations, companies, and professionals to foster understanding and accelerate AI adoption in various industries.
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Consultant (Part Time) to join our team in a highly focused capacity. In this role, you will work directly with senior staff to connect with prospective organizations, organize AI Talks, demonstrate our products and services in person, and support the sales process. This is a specialized role limited exclusively to three primary duties: outreach to associations and companies, joint demonstrations with a supervisor, and support in closing deals.
This is an ideal position for someone who is interested in emerging technologies but prefers client-facing and outreach tasks over technical internal work. Your contributions will have a direct and measurable impact on our outreach efforts and business growth, as you help more organizations experience the transformative power of AI through tailored presentations and events.
Core Responsibilities
-
Outreach to Associations and Companies
-
Make outbound phone calls and send follow-up emails to relevant associations and corporate prospects, aiming to introduce AiX Society’s AI Talks program.
-
Research and identify suitable organizations, leveraging provided databases or resources.
-
Schedule AI Talks by coordinating between the target company and AiX Society’s schedules.
-
Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and interested contacts for future follow-ups.
-
-
Client Meeting Support and Demonstrations
-
Attend meetings and presentations with the supervisor, acting as a secondary representative of AiX Society.
-
Observe demonstrations and learn to introduce the basics of our AI-driven products and services.
-
Answer routine queries from clients under the guidance of the supervisor.
-
Assist in setting up and operating any basic presentation tools or demonstration laptops and ensuring all materials required for the meeting are prepared.
-
-
Deal Support and Sales Closure
-
Assist in the process of closing deals following successful demonstrations or AI Talks.
-
Collaborate with the supervisor to manage communications with interested organizations, ensuring all parties are kept updated.
-
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding decisions, booking confirmations, or document reviews as instructed.
-
Provide logistical, scheduling, and administrative support during the finalization of deals.
-
Candidate Profile
-
Enthusiastic about introducing cutting-edge technology to new audiences.
-
Confident communicator with a polite and persuasive phone manner.
-
Highly organized, able to keep detailed notes of outreach and follow-up activities.
-
Comfortable meeting clients in-person, punctual, and presents a professional image.
-
Team player: listens to instructions, supports the supervisor, and gives feedback to improve our outreach approach.
-
Able to build initial rapport with organizational contacts over the phone and support basic questions with provided scripts or materials.
-
Responsible and discreet—handles company information and client details with confidentiality and care.
-
Willing to learn more about AI, digital transformation, and business trends as part of continuous personal development.
Role Boundaries
This role is strictly limited to the above three responsibilities. You will not be expected to handle ongoing account servicing, provide technical user support, develop marketing materials independently, or run event logistics beyond those linked to demonstrations and sales meetings. The focus is on external client engagement—not back-office or technical support.
Support and Training
You will work closely with the supervisor, who will provide guidance and training on scripts, company positioning, basic product information, and best practices for outreach and demonstration support. You are not expected to have deep technical knowledge of AI, but you should be willing to learn the basics relevant to the role, so you can confidently introduce our offerings.
Work Pattern and Remuneration
-
Work Hours: Flexible, part time, generally 8-12 hours per week depending on scheduled outreach and client meetings (including on-site or remote work as needed).
-
Compensation: Hourly wage or per-activity remuneration to be discussed with successful applicants.
-
Location: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings at client sites or AiX Society events.
Application Process
Submit a brief resume, highlighting any relevant outreach, sales, or event experience, along with a short cover letter expressing your interest in client-facing AI roles. Candidates with a genuine curiosity about artificial intelligence and a track record in organizational outreach or basic sales will be given priority. Training will be provided for suitable candidates who lack previous technology or sales experience but meet other criteria.
Equal Opportunity
AiX Society embraces diversity and encourages applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of race, gender, background, or level of prior technical experience. We value proactive individuals who are ready to represent our organization and help drive AI adoption in the community.
