Core Responsibilities for New Media Producer Shen Zhen

Social Media Content Creation and Management

As our New Media Producer, you’ll develop and execute comprehensive social media management strategies across multiple platforms. You’ll create compelling multimedia content that resonates with our bilingual audience, managing daily posts, stories, and engagement campaigns. Your role as a multimedia designer will involve crafting visually stunning graphics, short-form videos, and interactive content that drives engagement and builds our brand presence.

Video Production and Interview Videos

You’ll lead all aspects of video production, from concept to final delivery. This includes producing high-quality interview videos with industry leaders, thought leaders, and AI experts. You’ll handle camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing to create professional-grade content. Your video editing skills will be essential in producing training content production materials, seminar recordings, and talk highlights that educate and inspire our community.

Training and Educational Materials

Develop comprehensive training materials, including video tutorials, presentation decks, and multimedia resources for AiX Society’s educational programs. You’ll create engaging learning content that simplifies complex AI concepts for diverse audiences. Training content production is a key responsibility of this New Media Producer position.

Event Support

Provide critical event support for AiX Society conferences, workshops, and networking events. You’ll capture live event footage, conduct on-site interviews, create promotional videos, and produce recap content that extends the life of our events beyond their physical occurrence.

Bilingual and Cross-Border Media Production

Create content for both Cantonese and Putonghua-speaking audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy. Your bilingual Cantonese Putonghua fluency will enable seamless communication across Greater China and international markets. This cross-border media expertise is essential for the New Media Producer Shen Zhen AiX Society role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua (Mandarin) – essential
• Proven experience in video production and editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Strong copywriting abilities with excellent storytelling skills
• Expertise in social platform management (WeChat, Weibo, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram)
• Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
