Register and log in

Function introduction

Because Wukong is licensed based on DingTalk. If you have registered DingTalk, you can scan the QR code to log in and use it. If you have not registered DingTalk, you can click here to download DingTalk; for details, see » How to register a DingTalk account.

Operation process

After downloading Wukong, open Wukong> and use DingTalk account to scan the QR code to log in. After scanning the QR code, you can choose to switch to different companies/teams.

Wukong is currently in the invitation beta stage, please enter the invitation code to unlock the experience. You can get the invitation code through the official website; View details.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Question: Only DingTalk accounts can be used to log in to Wukong?

Answer: Yes, since Wukong is authorized by DingTalk, you can download DingTalk from DingTalk official website and register a DingTalk account. Scan the QR code to log in to Wukong. For details, see » How to register a DingTalk account.

Question: How to get the invitation code?

Answer: You can obtain it from Wukong official website, View details; you can also click here to fill in the questionnaire information and submit the Wukong invitation code application form. After successful submission, if you are qualified for invitation, we will notify you via text message or phone as soon as possible. Please keep communication open.

Question: I only installed DingTalk but not Wukong. Can I run the task directly?

Answer: No. DingTalk is the “remote control”. You need to install the Wukong client on your local computer as the “executor”. The two can work together to complete the closed loop of the task.

Question: I want to log out of my Wukong account or clear my data, what should I do?

Answer: Hello, since Wukong is authorized by DingTalk, it is not possible to log out the account alone (as long as the DingTalk account is normal, Wukong can log in again at any time). If you just want to clear local usage records and cache, you can perform a reset operation: enter Wukong → [Settings] in the lower left corner → [About Wukong] → click [Reset Application].

Warm reminder: Data cannot be recovered after reset, please operate with caution.

Question: Can I log in to the same account on multiple computers at the same time?

Answer: Supported.
