AiX Society is seeking a Product Consultant to serve as a key account servicing specialist in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role combines product expertise, customer engagement, event coordination, and hands-on training to help organizations unlock the full potential of AiX Society products, with heavy emphasis on Dingtalk enterprise collaboration platform.
About This Role
The Product Consultant position is a client-facing account servicing role focused on coordinating AI talks and events, providing product consultation and training, and supporting customer engagement initiatives across Malaysia. You will be responsible for all AiX Society products with a heavy focus on Dingtalk, working directly with clients and partners to demonstrate how our solution capabilities can transform their business collaboration and operational efficiency.
As a Product Consultant, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between AiX Society and our enterprise clients, managing accounts, organizing AI talks Malaysia events, conducting solution demonstrations, and delivering customized training programs. This position requires a unique blend of technical product knowledge, account management skills, event coordination experience, and strong cross-cultural communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Servicing & Customer Engagement: Manage enterprise client accounts, build lasting relationships, understand customer needs, and ensure high satisfaction levels with AiX Society products, particularly Dingtalk enterprise collaboration solutions
- AI Talks & Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute AI talks and events in Malaysia KL and surrounding regions to showcase product capabilities, engage potential customers, and strengthen brand presence
- Product Consultation & Training: Provide expert consultation on AiX Society products and Dingtalk solution features, conduct comprehensive training sessions for client teams, and guide organizations through digital business transformation journeys
- Solution Demonstrations: Lead engaging product demonstrations highlighting business collaboration tools, enterprise account management features, and AI power capabilities that drive productivity
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their collaboration challenges, document technical and business requirements, and recommend tailored solutions from AiX Society’s product portfolio
- Customized Deployment Support: Assist clients in deploying and configuring AiX Society products for both local Malaysian teams and cross-border operations, ensuring smooth implementation
- Customer Success Management: Monitor client usage patterns, provide ongoing support, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure customers achieve maximum value from their investment
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about enterprise software trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously improve our service delivery
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in account servicing, customer engagement, consulting, or enterprise software sales
- Experience with AI products or Dingtalk is highly preferable
- Proven experience in event coordination, preferably organizing business seminars, AI talks, or technology workshops
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to understand client metrics and demonstrate ROI
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills; fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English required
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn enterprise collaboration platforms and SaaS products
- Experience with CRM systems, account management, and customer success methodologies
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills for conducting training sessions and leading events
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
- Knowledge of Malaysian business culture and enterprise technology landscape
